A Biblical Man Has Courage

While the world may depict Jesus as a soft push over, the truth is that He was a strong, fearless man of courage. It took courage to knock over the tables of the money changers in the temple (Matthew 21:12), courage to stand up for the way of God in the face of persecution by the world and by the religious system of that day, and courage to go to the cross when He knew the great pain, torment and embarrassment that awaited him (Luke 22:42).

A Biblical Man is Humble

Jesus Christ set the example for how we are to carry ourselves in humility. Even though Jesus was the Son of God, equal to God the Father, He humbled Himself by not only taking on the form of a man but by taking on the form of a servant of men (Philippians 2:3-9). Jesus accepted less than He deserved so He could help others (us). Let us remember that great Christians, great men, serve others (Matthew 20:26-27).

"Pray then like this... Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven."

(Matthew 6:9, 10)

Biblical Manhood Demands Prioritizing Our Lives to God's Kingdom Agenda.

If the kingdom of God today is the reign of Christ in the hearts of minds of believers, then we must give His kingdom our highest priority (Luke 6:9, 10) and live in obedience to His Lordship.
